    Hello marmoset

I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!

Would you be able to access your database and check character encoding setting for me? To do so, please access your site’s database via phpMyAdmin (usually directly available from cPanel) and on the main screen check current setting for “Server Connection collation”.

Then select a database, go to “Structure” tab and see what’s the value(s) in “Collation” column. Let me know about them.

Before that though, please just make a very simple test:

    – go and edit that troublesome title, removing the & character from it

    – save post

    – on “Dashbord” page in site’s back-end in “SmartCrawl” box use “update sitemap” button to update sitemap

    – then edit the title back, including the & character and update sitemap again and see if that helped.

Looking forward to hear from you,

    Adam
