Sites not working on WordPress Network


I am helping a client setup a WordPress network where users can basically pay to setup a WordPress site of their own. However, I am having a problem where all of the sites aren't working. I cannot access the front-end or backend of the sites.

Here is the site I am working with:

For example I created a website and activated it, but when I go the URL: I see nothing. I cannot access the admin (via /wp-admin) or anything.

Does anyone have any idea what this problem might be?

I have the following plugins installed:
-Domain Mapping plugin
-Multisite User Management
-New Blog Templates
-Pro Sites
-WD Twitter Feed
-WPMU DEV Dashboard

I would really appreciate any and all help in resolving this issue.

    Hello there @missoulian, I hope you're well today!

    Is this a new network installation?
    Are you sure that all the steps of the installation have been successfully completed? (particularly the .htaccess part of it).
    Is this an apache or nginx server? If it's an nginx server .htaccess files won't work and you'll have to manually edit the nginx configuration files!
    On the Domain mapping plugin, did you follow the instructions to properly set it up (particularly the sunrise.php part of its installation)?

    This is not a new network installation, my client and his previous project manager had set it up before me. I have done many network setups with WordPress before, and it seems like everything is correct.

    For the .htaccess, here's what I currently have (it looks correct):

    Also, the site is running on an Apache server so I think that the .htaccess should be working.

    As for the Domain Mapping plugin, that was installed and configured with the previous project manager. I just followed the instructions but nothing changed. I also confirmed that this plugin probably isn't the problem because when I netweork deactivated it, the sites were still not showing up.
