Small design issues -altering font size, replacing elements, etc.

Hi!

I'm putting all these issues together as they're all quite simple and regarding design and such.

1)There's a little icon that seems to display a broken image at /username/store-admin/?mpfe_page=allproduct (as in /testaccount12/store-admin/?mpfe_page=allproduct, for instance). What is that? If it has no function, I'd like to remove it, or at least hide it.

2)The pages generated by TT Marketpress Frontend Admin all have a really small font size and are a little bit too large, as you see a horizontal scrolling bar on all of them -the bar is completely unnecessary though. Any way to increase the font size without messing those pages up, and removing the horizontal scrolling bar?

3)In the registration page, at the end, you can read:
"Gimme a store!
Just a username, please."
I want to change it to:
"Create a store -if, besides buying, you're also interested in selling products/services.
Create just an username -if you just want to buy products/services."

4)The shopping cart is being displayed at the registration and login pages, so I'd like to remove it or hide it at those pages. The cart is generated by Marketpress Mojo, it's one of its "subplugins", called Slide Cart.

5)The WPMU Chat isn't displaying the date in the messages, and I've already set it to do so through both the network admin and the wp admin areas.

Thanks.

    Hi! Thanks for answering so fast. :slight_smile:

    If you go to /username/store-admin, as in https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/testaccount12/store-admin, for instance, you'll see a menu right below the header displaying all pages generated by that plugin, like "Pending products", "Store settings", etc..

    Support access is active and, if you need, my super-admin and FTP credentials were sent to you guys through the contact form here in the site, with Vaughan's name at the subject field, like a month or so ago.

    Thanks again.

  • Wheel of Commerce

    Hi!

    Support access was already granted, I've just extended it. As you probably will need it: I've sent an email to you guys through the WPMU contact form around Sunday-Monday, with Aicee's name at the subject line, containing my credentials, the link to the login page, etc..

    Another one of these "small issues" I've noticed is the fact that submenus aren't being displayed anymore when I pass the mouse over a menu item in wp-admin. The same is happening with the template account (from Blog Templates, here: https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/johanschneider/wp-admin/), but curiously, doesn't seem to be happening with other accounts (this one, for instance: https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/testaccount15/wp-admin/).

    Thanks.

    Hi Gabriel,

    So here comes the CSS code, to adjust look of site (I see that you already have plugin for Custom CSS, so you can use it ).

    To remove scrollbar use

    .tt_mp_fe #sidebar,
    .tt_mp_fe  {
        padding: 0 !important;
    }

    To make fonts bigger - menus links:

    .tt_mp_fe #sidebar a,
    .tt_mp_fe input,
    .tt_mp_fe select,
    .tt_mp_fe p,
    .tt_mp_fe label,
    .tt_mp_fe .widefat th {
        font-size: 14px;
    }

    buttons/inputs

    .tt_mp_fe .submitbox .submitdelete, #mp_upload_button, .tt_mp_fe #set-post-thumbnail, .tt_mp_fe .submit input, .tt_mp_fe .button, .tt_mp_fe input.button, .tt_mp_fe .button-primary, .tt_mp_fe input.button-primary, .tt_mp_fe .button-secondary, .tt_mp_fe input.button-secondary, .tt_mp_fe .button-highlighted, .tt_mp_fe input.button-highlighted, .tt_mp_fe #postcustomstuff .submit input {
    font-size: 12px !important;
    }

    You can adjust font size to value that will fit your site. If I missed some classes let me know and I add them.

    I want to change it to:
    "Create a store -if, besides buying, you're also interested in selling products/services.
    Create just an username -if you just want to buy products/services."

    You can use our plugin Ultimate Branding (https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/ultimate-branding/) to change that - it has module "Text Change" - which allows you to change that text from Dashboard.

    4)The shopping cart is being displayed at the registration and login pages, so I'd like to remove it or hide it at those pages. The cart is generated by Marketpress Mojo, it's one of its "subplugins", called Slide Cart.

    OK, there is no option in Mojo to set this, and for now we can't use CSS because login and register page don't have any additional classes that shows that those are special pages. And we can't use classes with page ID because on every store those pages will be different (different ID's).
    I could provide you with small jQuery snippet which should do the work - is this possible for you to add it to PRO 3 Child theme, to get it work in all stores? Is PRO 3 Child default theme for stores in your network?

    5)The WPMU Chat isn't displaying the date in the messages, and I've already set it to do so through both the network admin and the wp admin areas.

    I've check Chat settings, and it has enabled Dates only on Settings Page, but for Site, Widget and Dashboard it has Dates disabled.

    1)There's a little icon that seems to display a broken image at /username/store-admin/?mpfe_page=allproduct (as in /testaccount12/store-admin/?mpfe_page=allproduct, for instance). What is that? If it has no function, I'd like to remove it, or at least hide it.

    CSS for that:
    #tt_mp_fe_content .postwrap .entry2 > div > img {display: none;}

    Let me know how this work for you - if there should be more adjustment let me know, and again thank you for your patience.

    Kind regards,
    Kasia

    Hi! Thanks for answering, I've been waiting for somebody to offer me a solution for these for more than a week, now, haha. :slight_smile:

    1)That broken image icon is gone.

    2)The CSS fix didn't seem to be able to change the front size; I've tried setting it to 20px, but nothing happened. The horizontal scrolling bar is gone though.

    3)That text change worked. :slight_smile:

    4)

    OK, there is no option in Mojo to set this, and for now we can't use CSS because login and register page don't have any additional classes that shows that those are special pages. And we can't use classes with page ID because on every store those pages will be different (different ID's).
    I could provide you with small jQuery snippet which should do the work - is this possible for you to add it to PRO 3 Child theme, to get it work in all stores? Is PRO 3 Child default theme for stores in your network?

    Yes, Pro3 child is the default theme for my entire network. The login and registration page are generated by the plugin Theme My Login.

    5)I've searched again and really didn't see any mention to the date settings at Site, Widget and Dashboard. Can you please show me where this is with screen shots or something?

    6)You've probably overlooked this one, as it wasn't in the original post:
    "Another one of these "small issues" I've noticed is the fact that submenus aren't being displayed anymore when I pass the mouse over a menu item in wp-admin. The same is happening with the template account (from Blog Templates, here: https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/johanschneider/wp-admin/), but curiously, doesn't seem to be happening with other accounts (this one, for instance: https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/testaccount15/wp-admin/)."

    7)This one I forgot to mention: I need some CSS to change the color of the "Buy Now" font in the global products widget, from black to white. I've searched all of my theme's options and contacted the dev, he told me to do this through CSS. This widget is the last one you see at the sidebar, in pages other than the home page.

    Thanks again. :slight_smile:

    Hi Gabriel,

    2)The CSS fix didn't seem to be able to change the front size; I've tried setting it to 20px, but nothing happened. The horizontal scrolling bar is gone though.

    Can you show me on which site did you apply this CSS? I either don't see it working, but I also don't see that code I provided.

    5)I've searched again and really didn't see any mention to the date settings at Site, Widget and Dashboard. Can you please show me where this is with screen shots or something?

    Yes. When you are on Settings page for Chat there is always Message Appearance tab. And there you can enable/disable Date (see screenshot).

    6)You've probably overlooked this one, as it wasn't in the original post:
    "Another one of these "small issues" I've noticed is the fact that submenus aren't being displayed anymore when I pass the mouse over a menu item in wp-admin.

    I did not miss that :slight_smile: - but submenus were working when I've check (they still work). Can you tell me what browser do you use? Or maybe I'm checking wrong menus? Could you provide me a screenshot with arrow maybe?

    This widget is the last one you see at the sidebar, in pages other than the home page.

    Gabriel, I'm sorry but I can't find it - I've check on three sites and there is no "Buy now" button - can you give me link to site where I can see it?
    Do I have to be login or logout?

    Kind regards,
    Kasia

  • Wheel of Commerce

    Thanks for answering.

    2)I've inserted the code at both wp-admin and the account I use as template in WPMU Blog Templates:
    https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=simple-custom-css.php
    https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/johanschneider/wp-admin/themes.php?page=simple-custom-css.php

    5)Okay, that worked, thanks. But now, while checking this, something else came up: how do I send a chat message to an offline friend? I've tried but didn't find a way to do it. Also, this is probably related to my DNS or something, but I've noticed that the time being displayed in the chat is 3 hours in front of my actual time zone -I've tested it at 15:00h and the time being displayed at the chat was 18:00h.

    6)You can see this happening at wp-admin and any user's wp dashboards. Once you click on one of the menu items, the others start to behave normally though. I've tested it with Chrome and Firfox. Access the following pages and pass the mouse over one of the menu items that should display a submenu (like Appearance, for instance) and you'll see what I'm talking about:
    https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/wp-admin/
    https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/johanschneider/wp-admin/

    7)My bad, I gave you the wrong info: you can see that widget at my home page, it's the last one at the sidebar, right below Product Categories, you'll see the "Buy Now" written in black (I want it white). To access the home page, you'll probably need to login with the super-admin credentials I've sent, because I'm building a coming soon page. If you need to disable the "coming soon mode", just deactivate the plugin Membership 2 Pro. I just ask that you reactivate it after doing whatever you have to do. :slight_smile:

    Thanks again. :slight_smile:

  • Kasia Swiderska

    Hi Gabriel,

    2)I've inserted the code at both wp-admin and the account I use as template in WPMU Blog Templates:

    OK, I see why this is not working. It appears that custom styles are overwrited by styles from front End MarketPress.
    So. This code have to be added to file style.css of PRO3 Child (so it will work on every site) - and before every selector there has to be added this "#tt_mp_fe_content" - beacuse styles from this plugin are added at the end, so we have to use stronger selector to overwrite them.
    So code will look like this

    #tt_mp_fe_content.tt_mp_fe #sidebar a,
    #tt_mp_fe_content.tt_mp_fe input,
    #tt_mp_fe_content.tt_mp_fe select,
    #tt_mp_fe_content.tt_mp_fe p,
    #tt_mp_fe_content.tt_mp_fe label,
    #tt_mp_fe_content.tt_mp_fe .widefat th {
        font-size: 14px;
    }

    Also, this is probably related to my DNS or something, but I've noticed that the time being displayed in the chat is 3 hours in front of my actual time zone -I've tested it at 15:00h and the time being displayed at the chat was 18:00h.

    You have to check Times zone in your server and in General Settings in WordPress - if they are set properly, and if they are the same. Are you in UTC+0 zone?

    I've tested it with Chrome and Firfox. Access the following pages and pass the mouse over one of the menu items that should display a submenu (like Appearance, for instance) and you'll see what I'm talking about:

    I'm sorry, but I cant still replicated this issue. I go to any of yours wp-admin, I don't click anything and they are appearing as they should do.

    it's the last one at the sidebar, right below Product Categories, you'll see the "Buy Now" written in black (I want it white).

    Again, I'm sorry but I don't see that button. I'm attaching the screenshot of your home page. Am I blind or something?? :slight_smile:

    kind regards,
    Kasia

    Hi, and thanks for answering again! :slight_smile:

    -The font size in the store admin area:
    That worked for most of the elements, but not all of them. It also ended up unaligning some elements a little bit, but looks like we're on the right track here. I've returned the value to the original 14 px there.

    -Time zone:
    I'm at UTC -3. Shouldn't this be automatically detected? If not, then what's the best way to set it up manually and where do I go to do it?

    -Submenus:
    Looks like WPMU Membership 2 is causing this, as it only happens when the plugin is active.

    -Buy Now button:
    Yeah, I've removed it from there, but now I'm having another problem with the Global Product List widget (not sure if this widget is from Marketpress or MP Mojo, but I think it's the first one): when clicking on the "next" or "previous" at the top of the global products widget, instead of simply displaying the next or previous panel displaying products, it goes to another page, like this:
    https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/johanschneider/store/products/chair/page/2/
    Then:
    https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/johanschneider/store/products/chair/page/3/
    And so on. Also, some of the products are displaying some sort of default wp excerpt in latin.

    -[NEW ISSUE]:
    Some of my auction pages are displaying a "Powered by Ultimate Auction" in the footer, at a white bar below my black footer. Sometimes, it's just the small white bar with nothing on it. Any way to hide it, or get it actually removed? You can see it here, for instance:
    https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/dashboard/?dashboard=add-auction

    Btw, I know these "small issues" tend to be discovered more and more as I dig into the site, and that it's recommended that I open one thread for each one of them, but the thing is: I was doing that, and at one point I had 12 threads open at the same time, and for most of them it would take more than a week for somebody from the WPMU staff to start posting an actual solution, so that's obviously not practical at all. If you check here, you'll see that this thread itself was posted on Jun 13 2015, 11:44:22 PM and I only begin to get a solution for my issues when you posted here, at Jun 21 2015, 3:59:51 AM. Not complaining (you're really doing an amazing job, actually), just justifying myself in case you're wondering why I keep posting a bunch of these "small issues" in the same thread. :slight_smile:

    Thanks again, you're being extremely helpful. :slight_smile:

  • Kasia Swiderska

    Hello Gabriel,

    That worked for most of the elements, but not all of them.

    OK, I see the buttons are still 10px, thats because there is important there in CSS, so we have to overwrite this:

    #tt_mp_fe_content.tt_mp_fe .submitbox .submitdelete,
    #tt_mp_fe_content #mp_upload_button,
    #tt_mp_fe_content.tt_mp_fe #set-post-thumbnail,
    #tt_mp_fe_content.tt_mp_fe .submit input,
    #tt_mp_fe_content.tt_mp_fe .button,
    #tt_mp_fe_content.tt_mp_fe input.button,
    #tt_mp_fe_content.tt_mp_fe .button-primary,
    #tt_mp_fe_content.tt_mp_fe input.button-primary,
    #tt_mp_fe_content.tt_mp_fe .button-secondary,
    #tt_mp_fe_content.tt_mp_fe input.button-secondary,
    #tt_mp_fe_content.tt_mp_fe .button-highlighted,
    #tt_mp_fe_content.tt_mp_fe input.button-highlighted,
    #tt_mp_fe_content.tt_mp_fe #postcustomstuff .submit input {font-size: 12px !important;}

    #tt_mp_fe_content small {font-size: 12px;}

    #tt_mp_fe_content.tt_mp_fe a {font-size: 12px;}

    I'm at UTC -3. Shouldn't this be automatically detected?

    In most of the times yes, it is detected and set properly. But it is always good practice to check that in General Settings of your WordPress.
    So in your case you have to set UTC-3 in Settings->General -> Timezone (it's not in the Network Settings).

    Looks like WPMU Membership 2 is causing this, as it only happens when the plugin is active.

    Does someone is helping you with this issue? I think the best if here, on this thread we stay with design issues.

    instead of simply displaying the next or previous panel displaying products, it goes to another page, like this:

    This is happening because it's not a carousel (or slider) - it is a simple products list and it don't work like that (above you have carousel). I don't know why this was set as a widget, but I'm assuming it was meant to be placed in other location.

    Also, some of the products are displaying some sort of default wp excerpt in latin.

    Yes, it's a standard dummy text - I'm attaching screenshots where it is in products and where you can change this widget settings to don't show excerpt.

    Some of my auction pages are displaying a "Powered by Ultimate Auction" in the footer, at a white bar below my black footer. You can see it here, for instance:
    https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/dashboard/?dashboard=add-auction

    OK, I don't see that sign (I've check table auction), but on this add auction there is date picker shown. And this code will remove it from the footer:

    #ui-datepicker-div {display: none;}

    justifying myself in case you're wondering why I keep posting a bunch of these "small issues" in the same thread. :slight_smile:

    It's absolutely OK. So let's stick to this "small issues" here - they are about design mostly, and your site is quite big :slight_smile:, so now it easier for me to look for things.
    If you have problem with Membership - this will be the issue for new thread.

    kind regards,
    Kasia

    Hi! Thank you again for helping me with all of this. Like I've said, you're really being extremely helpful. :slight_smile:

    -On the font thing:
    Solved, thank you very much. :slight_smile:

    -Time zone:
    My time zone is set to UTC 0. How do I set thing up so it can de detected automatically?

    -Membership 2:
    Solved, as I'm not using the plugin anymore. :stuck_out_tongue:

    -Global Products widget:
    Solved.

    -Submenus not being displayed:
    It's happenig again. Maybe I'm dead wrong on this, but I think it might have something to do with a script in footer.php that affects my wp toolbar. You can check it at the following pages:
    https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/wp-admin/
    https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/johanschneider/wp-admin/index.php
    Here's all the code in my child's footer.php:

    <!-- Footer section-->
    	<div class="footer-wrapper">
    		<div class="outercontainer">
    			<div class="container">

    				<div class="row-fluid">

    					<div class="span4 pull-left">
    						<ul class="social-links">
    							<?php mpt_social_icon_section(); ?>
    						</ul>
    					</div><!-- End span -->

    					<div class="span8">
    						<div class="pull-right">
    							<?php custom_mpt_load_footer_text(); ?>
    						</div>
    					</div><!-- End span -->

    				</div><!-- End row-fluid -->

    			</div><!-- End container -->
    		</div><!-- End outercontainer -->
    		<div class="clear"></div>
    	</div>
    	<!-- End Footer section -->

    	<?php get_template_part('js') ?>

    	<?php mpt_load_body_code(); ?>

    	<?php wp_footer();?>

    <script type="text/javascript">
    	jQuery( document ).ready(function() {
    		jQuery("#wp-admin-bar-wpmudev-chat-container").prependTo("#wp-admin-bar-top-secondary");
    		jQuery("#wp-admin-bar-mm-button").prependTo("#wp-admin-bar-top-secondary");

    		var lists = jQuery('#wp-admin-bar-top-secondary li');
    		lists.filter('#wp-admin-bar-search').insertBefore(lists.filter('#wp-admin-bar-mm-button'));
    		lists.filter('#wp-admin-bar-bp-notifications').insertAfter(lists.filter('#wp-admin-bar-mm-button'));
    	});
    </script>

    </body>
    </html>

    -White footer:
    Solved.

    -[NEW ISSUE]:
    I've had a lot of trouble trying to get some security seals at my footer, due to the fact that, like I've mentioned, I already have some custom code in there. Here's the code for each one of the 3 seals I'm trying to get into footer.php:
    1)GoDaddy seal:
    <span id="cdSiteSeal3"><script type="text/javascript" src="//tracedseals.starfieldtech.com/siteseal/get?scriptId=cdSiteSeal3&cdSealType=Seal3&sealId=55e4ye7y7mb7385b34f3e856c879cb735fey7mb7355e4ye77c00a25b7281fac6"></script></span>

    2)SSL seal:
    <span id="siteseal"><script type="text/javascript" src="https://seal.godaddy.com/getSeal?sealID=zbO8FOsG3DrO93LGkkOIn2K9tqYYuMO5x81fymidaRNLuyE7C1v87fU7H4jv"></script></span>

    3)SiteLock seal:
    <a href="#" onclick="window.open('https://www.sitelock.com/verify.php?site=wheelofcommerce.com','SiteLock','width=600,height=600,left=160,top=170');" ><img alt="SiteLock" title="SiteLock" src="//shield.sitelock.com/shield/wheelofcommerce.com"/></a>

    I'd like them to be displayed in that order, at the black footer, horizontally aligned to the left and vertically centralized. The copyright text should be horizontally aligned with the right, as it is, and also vertically centralized. Maybe it's better to apply CSS changes to this directly in style.css, this way the changes get applied everywhere. I'm posting below a footer.php given to me by my theme's dev. I ended up not using it, as it caused me some problems even when I tried to integrate with what I already have in my footer.php, but I though you might want to check it in case you have trouble putting the seals there.

    <!-- Footer section-->
    	<div class="footer-wrapper">
    		<div class="outercontainer">
    			<div class="container">

    				<div class="row-fluid">

    							</li>
    						</ul>
    					</div><!-- End span -->

    					<div class="span6">
    						<div class="pull-right">
    							<?php mpt_load_footer_text(); ?>
    						</div>
    					</div><!-- End span -->

    				</div><!-- End row-fluid -->

    			</div><!-- End container -->
    		</div><!-- End outercontainer -->
    		<div class="clear"></div>

    Hello Gabriel,

    -Time zone: My time zone is set to UTC 0. How do I set thing up so it can de detected automatically?

    Well, in this case you need to check your server timezone settings. I don't know what panel you have in you hosting, but looking there could give this answer.
    This is instruction how to change timezone in cPanel http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/website/php/setting-the-timezone-for-php-in-the-phpini-file using php.ini
    But if you can't change it (or don't have cPanel), in that case you could ask your hosting provider to do that.
    WordPress gets timezone settings from server settings.

    It's happenig again. Maybe I'm dead wrong on this, but I think it might have something to do with a script in footer.php that affects my wp toolbar.

    Yes, I can see that it is happening. But it is not related to your theme footer (this file is not called in Admin Dashboard). There is however error for thickbox used in WordPress, and this is causing this.
    Can you add this line to your wp-config.php file
    define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false);
    This will show us from where this thickbox is coming, and how it could be fixed.

    I've had a lot of trouble trying to get some security seals at my footer, due to the fact that, like I've mentioned, I already have some custom code in there.

    Find in your footer this

    <ul class="social-links">
    							<?php mpt_social_icon_section(); ?>
    						</ul>

    and replace (because I see that you don't use it) with seals list:

    <ul class="seal-list">
    							<li>
    								<span id="cdSiteSeal3"><script type="text/javascript" src="//tracedseals.starfieldtech.com/siteseal/get?scriptId=cdSiteSeal3&cdSealType=Seal3&sealId=55e4ye7y7mb7385b34f3e856c879cb735fey7mb7355e4ye77c00a25b7281fac6"></script></span>
    							</li>
    							<li>
    								<span id="siteseal"><script type="text/javascript" src="https://seal.godaddy.com/getSeal?sealID=zbO8FOsG3DrO93LGkkOIn2K9tqYYuMO5x81fymidaRNLuyE7C1v87fU7H4jv"></script></span>
    							</li>
    							<li>
    								<a href="#" onclick="window.open('https://www.sitelock.com/verify.php?site=wheelofcommerce.com','SiteLock','width=600,height=600,left=160,top=170');" ><img alt="SiteLock" title="SiteLock" src="//shield.sitelock.com/shield/wheelofcommerce.com"/></a>
    							</li>
    						</ul>

    This list works.
    CSS code:
    `.seal-list li {list-style: none; display: inline-block; margin-right: 10px;}
    .seal-list li:nth-child(2) {padding-top: 15px;}'

    <blockquote>Any way to have those products being displayed aligned? Because the way it is right now it looks really bad.</blockquote>

    This code CSS should help with it
    .container #pro-product-grid .well .product-image-box {min-height: 182px}
    although it will not change anything if there is no product image.

    Kind regards,
    Kasia

    Hi! Thanks for answering.

    -Time zone:
    Okay, I'll have a look at that.

    -Submenus at wp:
    Solved.

    -Footer seals:
    There's probably something wrong with the CSS, because they're being displayed in a weird way. You can see it here: https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/coming-soon-page/

    -Global products grid alignement:
    Any way to display the product's image centralized in those little boxes? Because if you look at that table, for instance, its pic is aligned with the top of the display box, and since it's an horizontal pic, this creates a big gap between the image and that blue icon that shows the price.

    Thank you very, very much! You're really helping me a lot with this whole "small design issues" part. :slight_smile:

    -[NEW ISSUE]:
    How do I centralize the title of the sidebar widgets? I've tried the CSS below and it didn't work.

    .sidebar .widget-title {
    text-align: center;
    }

    -[NEW ISSUE]:
    How do I remove/hide the shopping cart widget in the following pages?
    https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/coming-soon-page/
    https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/fundraising/fundraising/
    https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/register
    https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/login/
    I've tried the method the dev of that shopping cart told me, but it didn't work. Here it is:

    you can do that with css. Each page has its own special class in the body tag. You can use it to hide the floating cart in that selected page.
    For example, this page: https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/coming-soon-page/. It has this class page-id-393 in the body tag. All you need to do is use this css to hide it:
    page-id-393 #floating-menu { display: none; }

    Thanks.

      Hello Gabriel,

      How do I centralize the title of the sidebar widgets? I've tried the CSS below and it didn't work.

      Could try this one:
      .sidebar-widget-well .sidebar-widget-title {text-align: center;}

      How do I remove/hide the shopping cart widget in the following pages? (...) I've tried the method the dev of that shopping cart told me, but it didn't work. Here it is:

      OK, he forgot about "." before class name. So for "Comming soon" page it will be this:

      .page-id-393 #floating-menu { display: none; }

      the "393" id the actual ID of the site, and this will work only on this page.

      For fundraising page:

      .postid-387 #floating-menu { display: none; }

      For register:

      .page-id-326 #floating-menu { display: none; }

      For login:

      .page-id-324 #floating-menu { display: none; }

      If this will not work :slight_smile: - try to add "!important" after "none". There could be JS script that will try to overwrite this CSS (important should prevent this).

      -Footer seals:
      There's probably something wrong with the CSS, because they're being displayed in a weird way.

      Ups. They have not enough place for themselves there. So little change for HTML of the footer where you have seals. Change this

      <div class="span4 pull-left">

      to this

      <div class="span6 pull-left">

      And the next span8, where there is copywrite test

      <div class="span8">
      						<div class="pull-right">
      							<?php custom_mpt_load_footer_text(); ?>
      						</div>
      					</div><!-- End span -->

      change also to span6, like this:

      <div class="span6">
      						<div class="pull-right">
      							<?php custom_mpt_load_footer_text(); ?>
      						</div>
      					</div><!-- End span -->

      As you see, I just only change spans number, to equal, to get more space for seals.
      And change previous CSS to this one:

      .seal-list li {
          list-style: outside none none;
          margin-right: 10px;
          float: left;
      }
      .seal-list li:nth-child(2) {
          padding-top: 26px;
      }
      .seal-list li:nth-child(3) {
          padding-top: 13px;
      }
      .footer-wrapper .span6 > .pull-right p {padding-top: 30px;}

      Any way to display the product's image centralized in those little boxes? Because if you look at that table, for instance, its pic is aligned with the top of the display box, and since it's an horizontal pic

      OK, this one will be tricky because the images height can be different. But let's try this one:

      .container #pro-product-grid .well .product-image-box:before {
      content: "";
          display: inline-block;
          height: 100%;
          vertical-align: middle;
      }

      .container #pro-product-grid .well .product-image-box img {vertical-align: middle;}

      If this will not work, I will try to find other solution.

      So let me know how this is working.

      kind regards,
      Kasia

  • Wheel of Commerce

    Thanks for answering. Again, I don't get tired of saying how immensely helpful you're being. :slight_smile:

    -Widgets title: solved.

    -Shopping cart: solved.

    -Footer seals:
    They're almost perfect now, there're just 2 issues left:
    1)When I click on SiteLock's seal, besides opening the window with the info, the page gets moved to the top and a /# is added to the URL. When the seals were at my blue footer, I've experienced this issue too, then Ashok provided me the script below, to be inserted into footer.php, but it's not working this time.

    <script type="text/javascript">
    jQuery(function($) {
        $(document).on( 'click', '#siteseal a', function(e) {
            if( $(this).attr('href') == '#' ) {
                e.preventDefault();
            }
        });
    });
    </script>

    2)This one probably can't be fixed, due to it being generated by the seal's code itself (which, as per protocol, can't be changed), but the SSL seal has that "R" of "Registered" at its upper right corner totally messed up. Like I said, it's probably due to its own code, but maybe it can be caused by something at the footer? Just wondering here. If it can't be fixed, like I presume it can't, it's okay, as it's no big deal anyway.

    -Images in the global products grid:
    That didn't work.

    Once more, thank you very much. Is there a way I can send an email to WPMU's manager or somebody like that, to compliment your work? As someone who worked with tech support for gaming companies, I know this sort of thing can be helpful for agents. :slight_smile:

      Hello Gabriel,

      First of all, thank you for all your nice words :slight_smile: - it's really great of you. My supervisor monitors the votes for threads and comments with them, so I think you can use them :slight_smile:.

      OK, so the last issues on the list.

      but the SSL seal has that "R" of "Registered" at its upper right corner totally messed up.

      This I can't fix :slight_frown: - this is just a gif image, that looks good only on white background: https://seal.godaddy.com/images/3/en/siteseal_gd_3_h_l_m.gif - when gif images are transparent they tend to get ugly white pixels around non-rectangular shapes.
      Maybe you can check if there is other icon with godaddy seal, that will fit better on dark background?

      -Images in the global products grid:
      That didn't work.

      I've rewrite the code and tested, it's now in Custom CSS in your main site, so it should be putted in your child theme.

      .container #pro-product-grid .well .product-image-box a.product-image-link {
        display: block;
        height: 182px;
      }

      .container #pro-product-grid .well .product-image-box a.product-image-link:before {
      	content: ' ';
          display: inline-block;
          vertical-align: middle;
          height: 100%;
      }

      .container #pro-product-grid .well .product-image-box a.product-image-link img {
      	display: inline-block;
          vertical-align: middle;
      }

      Check this and give me a feedback if this what you want :slight_smile:

      kind regards,

  • Wheel of Commerce

    Hi!

    How do I give votes to the thread?

    -On the seal:
    GoDaddy only offers that one and a version named "dark", which has that same "R".

    -On the global product grid:
    Now you can see the pic of that table aligned to the bottom, which creates a big gap at the top. Any way to make it sentralized, instead of aligned with the top or the bottom?

    -The white line below the black footer is back:
    You can see it at the following pages:
    https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/auctions/?ult_auc_id=443#wdm-tab-anchor-id
    https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/coming-soon-page/
    Like you've said before, it seems to be generated by Ultimate Auction. Sajid told me this about it:

    For your other issue. Its because of this iframe.
    <iframe height=&quot;0&quot; width=&quot;0&quot; frameborder=&quot;0&quot; id=&quot;linksalpha_info_loader&quot; src=&quot;//www.linksalpha.com/social/info_3?v=2&link=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.wheelofcommerce.com%2Ffundraising%2Ffundraising%2F&referer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.wheelofcommerce.com%2Fcoming-soon-page%2F&title=Fundraising&quot; ></iframe>

    If you know from where its coming you can delete it or deactivate the plugin.

    If you are not sure from where its coming then add below code to remove it.

    #linksalpha_info_loader{
    display: none;
    }

    Thanks again. :slight_smile:

  • Kasia Swiderska

    Hello Gabriel,

    How do I give votes to the thread?

    I think there are smiley faces bellow the comment (as a staff member I don't see them).

    GoDaddy only offers that one and a version named "dark", which has that same "R".

    That's too bad, because this image comes directly from them, so I can't even try to tweak it in Photoshop. :disappointed:

    Now you can see the pic of that table aligned to the bottom, which creates a big gap at the top. Any way to make it sentralized, instead of aligned with the top or the bottom?

    Can you show me screenshot of that page? I'm attaching how it looks like on my side - I've outlined space for image (this is height of the tallest) in red and images have blue outline. They are centralized - there is even gap at the top and bottom if image is smaller than highest one.
    But maybe it is not the effect you had in mind?

    -The white line below the black footer is back:

    Yes, Sajid is right, this code

    #linksalpha_info_loader{
    display: none;
    }

    should remove that - this is a bit different case than earlier with calendar widget.

    Kind regards,
    Kasia

  • Wheel of Commerce

    Thanks for answering so fast.

    -White line at the bottom: solved.

    -Image in the grid:
    You're right, my bad. I was under the impression that wasn't centralized due to the price icon in blue. Is there a way to make that frame in which the image is fit in a square? Because right now it's a vertical rectangle, which ends up creating those gaps if the image is horizontal.

    Thanks again. :slight_smile:

  • Wheel of Commerce

    Here's everything I have for the grid in terms of CSS, at least as far as I know (it's all in my style.css now):

    .container #pro-product-grid .well .product-image-box {min-height: 182px}

    .container #pro-product-grid .well .product-image-box a.product-image-link {
      display: block;
      height: 154px;
    }

    .container #pro-product-grid .well .product-image-box a.product-image-link:before {
    	content: ' ';
        display: inline-block;
        vertical-align: middle;
        height: 100%;
    }

    .container #pro-product-grid .well .product-image-box a.product-image-link img {
    	display: inline-block;
        vertical-align: middle;
    }

    .container #pro-product-grid .well .product-image-box {
        height: 154px;
    }

    /* .container #pro-product-grid .well .product-image-box:before {
    	content: ' ';
        display: inline-block;
        vertical-align: middle;
        height: 100%;
    }
    */

    It's looking like I want now :slight_smile:. For some obscure reason, it's not looking like the screen shot you've posted though, no idea why. If you access the home page now (you have to use the super-admin account to see it) and compare the thumbnail for that product that shows a guy performing a flying kick, regarding the position of the blue icon showing the price, you'll see that it's different from what's in your screen shot. Anyway, the way it is there now is perfect.

    Thanks for all the help, I hope you get a raise or something of the sorts for the great job in providing support. :slight_smile:

  • Wheel of Commerce

    Hi!

    Since you're around, and you're obviously pretty good with this sort of stuff, here are a few issues that I'm experiencing with Social Sharing Toolkit, the plugin that generates my social buttons. I've already posted this at the plugin's support forum, but since I've had a pretty bad experience in receiving support even from the devs of my most expensive plugins, and Social Sharing Toolkit is free, I won't get my hopes high in hearing back from its dev. So, if you can help me with this, that would be really great. :slight_smile:

    Here are the questions I've posted there:
    1)It's said in the description that you offer VKontacte, but I don't see an option to have its button displayed like the rest, even though this social network is in that list that's displayed when the user clicks the Share and then More buttons. Any way to have VKontacte's button there like the rest?

    2)Is there a way to fully align the counters and display all of them with the exact same size? If you access the page below, you'll see that Pinterest's counter is far smaller than the others, and also that the bottom line of Twitter's counter is slightly lower than the bottom line of Facebook's counter.
    https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/coming-soon-page/

    3)Sometimes that "Share" button that's displayed by last doesn't show the other social networks when passing the mouse over it, in a way that users have to click on it and get redirected to another page displaying those social networks. It seems to be happening randomly though. Any way to fix this?

    You can access the plugin's settings here:
    https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=mr_social_sharing
    You'll see there's a custom CSS tab there, the last one, which might help here.

    *Obs.:
    The dev of my auction plugin is logged into my site and he's making some modifications in Auction Pro, so don't worry if all of a sudden the auction section of the site has disappeared or something of the sorts.

    Thanks. :slight_smile:

  • Wheel of Commerce

    Update:

    Forget about my previous post, that has been fixed.

    1)I think those codes you gave me to adjust tyhe global grid are also affecting the store grid:
    https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/johanschneider/store/products/

    2)Centralize "Our Products" at that page.

    3)Image displayed when sharing an auction is wrong:
    https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/auctions/?ult_auc_id=427

    4)Increase font size at buddypress pages:
    https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/forums/
    https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/groups/

    Since it's extremely likely that these "small design issues" keep appearing as I modify my site and add functions, it will cause this thread to keep on going ad infinitum. Do you prefer that I continue to report them here, or do you prefer that I open another thread?

    Thanks. :slight_smile:

  • Kasia Swiderska

    Hi Gabriel,

    1)I think those codes you gave me to adjust tyhe global grid are also affecting the store grid:

    OK, if you want them only on one page, you have to add selector specific only for that page - because, all this pages are home-pages, we can't use .home class.
    But there is id for grid container, so it has to be add, like that

    #homepage-content-wrapper .container #pro-product-grid .well .product-image-box

    so before every ".container #pro-product-grid ." that I provided earlier add "#homepage-content-wrapper" and it should be working only on https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/ not the others.

    2)Centralize "Our Products" at that page.

    .home-page .page-heading h1 {text-align:center;}

    <blockquote>3)Image displayed when sharing an auction is wrong:</blockquote>
    This is very common problem with Facebook, when te "og:image" is not set properly.
    You can try this small plugin, but you have to have set feature image to work with FB.
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/og/

    <blockquote>4)Increase font size at buddypress pages:</blockquote>

    This is CSS code for this
    .bbp-pagination-count,
    div.bbp-breadcrumb,
    div.bbp-topic-tags,
    #bbpress-forums li,
    #bbpress-forums .bbp-forum-info .bbp-forum-content,
    #bbpress-forums p.bbp-topic-meta,
    #buddypress div.pagination .pag-count,
    #buddypress ul.item-list li div.item-desc,
    #buddypress ul.item-list li div.meta {font-size: 14px;}`

    I think that would be all, but test that and see if I didn't miss any selector.

    Do you prefer that I continue to report them here, or do you prefer that I open another thread?

    Well, it's almost 40 posts in this thread, so maybe it time to new one? :slight_smile:
    Start new thread with new issues, and here we close those we have left. Also you will be sure that your issues are handled by more staff members, and there should be no breaks when some of us have a day off.

    Kind regards,
    Kasia

  • Wheel of Commerce

    Thanks for answering. :slight_smile:

    -Grid issue:
    Okay, that worked, but is there any way I can do the same thing that was done to the global grid (aligning), to the stores' grid, but using size parameters specific for it, since its elements have a different size in comparisson with the global grid? Here the store of the template account:
    https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/johanschneider/store/products/

    -"Our Products" issue:
    Solved.

    -Facebook thumbnail:
    It seems that the issue is only with the auctions part, and the dev of this plugin told me that it doesn't use featured images, so wouldn't it be something to be fixed specifically for the plugin? I mean, the thumbnails from other parts of the site, including the regular stores, are working fine. About the plugin you recommended (if it's actually necessary here): from what you're saying, I have to set featured images to work with fb first. I've google it and this is what I came up with, just want to confir with you if it's in fact the right procedure before doing anything. Btw, wouldn't wp already has the featured images set to work with fb? Because that seems like a really basic feature.
    1) Open WordPress Settings-Media. Change 'Thumbnail size' to at least 200 x 200
    2) For your posts, ensure you choose an image which is at least 200x200px
    3) Set as your featured image
    4) Test using facebook open graph debugger: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug
    To be honest, I don't even know if my site already has featured images set to work with fb

    -BP font size:
    Solved.

    Okay, that sounds good, I'll be opening new threads then. Just can't open a new one for every single issue, as I'd end up having like 30 threads open at the same time, and I already have a bunch of them, haha.

    Thanks again, Kasia. You've solved really an insane ammount of my "small" (though annoying, haha) design issues. :slight_smile:

  • Kasia Swiderska

    Hi Gabriel,

    Okay, that worked, but is there any way I can do the same thing that was done to the global grid (aligning), to the stores' grid, but using size parameters specific for it, since its elements have a different size in comparisson with the global grid?

    Yes, I think it should be done. So there is added "#homepage-content-wrapper" to change the global grid styles - let is stay as it is. Now we need two sets of sizes for global and store sizing.
    Add this old code, that will be used for stores and change the height values.

    .container #pro-product-grid .well .product-image-box {min-height: 182px}

    .container #pro-product-grid .well .product-image-box a.product-image-link {
      display: block;
      height: 154px;
    }

    Btw, wouldn't wp already has the featured images set to work with fb?

    In many cases it works out of the box. You set feature image and while sharing it popsup in facebook. But sometimes it needs to have use <og:image> added to show FB "this is image you have to use". And this plugin I've recomended adds this <og:image> by taking it from featured image.
    However I'm looking in to this auctions plugin and how single auctions are created, and I'm worried that this plugin OG may not work with it... I would ask plugin dev to provide "fix" :slight_smile:

    Kind regards,
    Kasia

    • Kasia Swiderska

      Hi Gabriel,

      I've sent an email to Auction's dev about it. Do I still need that plugin you mentioned?

      If dev of this plugin will do this properly, than you should not need this plugin. He need to add small functionality, that will take url of first product image and add to the header of the auction page this <og:image> like this:
      <meta property="og:image" content="http://url-to-image-product/image.jpg" />
      He just need to use wp_head action to do that, but I think this is something he already know :slight_smile:

      Kind regards,
      Kasia

    I'm posting here again because I've just come across that same thumbnail alignement issue, but this time at the sections' area (like Electronics, Furniture, etc.), you can check it in the pages below:
    https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/marketplace/categories/furniture/
    https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/marketplace/categories/beaches/

    I'm also having an issue with the blue footer disappearing at store admin pages (generated by TT Makretpress Frontend):
    https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/testaccount12/store-admin/?mpfe_page=allproduct
    https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/testaccount12/store-admin/?mpfe_page=product_category

    Support access is active, but even to use it, you'll need to check the info I've sent through WPMU's contact form like 1.5 - 2 months ago, with Aicee's name on it -some of you guys, like Michael and Jude, already have that bookmarked, I think.

    Thanks again. :slight_smile:

    Hello @Gabriel,

    I'm really sorry for the delay, I've had to take some days off.
    This is code for removing the prices:

    .pro-product-box-contents #pro-product-price {display: none;}

    The pagination looks normal now - it's fixed, right?

    The second grid on category page, please try this code:

    #mp-mojo .mpdg-product-default .mpdg-product-img img {
        max-height: 230px;
        width: auto;
        text-align: center;
        margin: 0 auto;
        display: block;
    }

    I'm also having an issue with the blue footer disappearing at store admin pages (generated by TT Makretpress Frontend):

    Were there any changes made in the TT Makretpress Frontend code before? I can't check, because I'm unable to connect with the FTP credentials - can you check them?

    Kind regards,
    Kasia

    Hi!

    Sorry for taking so long to answer here, but I'm still working on tightening up my security. I've sent an email through WPMU's contact form for you, regarding an unexpected admin access that came from Poland some weeks ago, so I'd like you to look into that, please.

    Like I said, I still have to fix some security issues before I can proceed with the regular stuff, but in any case, I'll need you to provide me your IP so I can whitelist it and you can access the site -you can send it in the answer to that email I've sent. As soon as I have the security part figured out here, I'll send my new credentials to you guys.

    Thanks again. :slight_smile:

    Hi!

    1)The pagination solution worked, thanks. Any way to make the numbers bigger?

    2)The alignement of those thumbnails didn't work.

    3)No, didn't change anything in TT MP Frontend.

    I've activated WPMU support on the site. Here's the login link: https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/login/

    About the admin access, since GoDaddy and SiteLock have implemented some security measures that restrict IPs and such, I'll just follow the instructions you provide me here -if that doesn't work, I'll see what else can be done.

    Thanks again. :slight_smile:

    Hi Gabriel,

    1)The pagination solution worked, thanks. Any way to make the numbers bigger?

    Let's try this CSS:
    .pagination ul.page-numbers > li > span.page-numbers, .pagination ul.page-numbers > li > a.page-numbers {font-size: 15px;}

    2)The alignement of those thumbnails didn't work.

    Where did you add this code, because I'm checking for these rules and I don't see them. It looks that they are not applied anywhere to these elements.

    Thanks for the e-mail with explanation, but like I said my IP changes 24h so we have to think of other way :slight_frown: - it is possible, that if you whitelist my IP, in time it will be no logger my IP.

    kind regards,
    Kasia

  • Wheel of Commerce

    1)That worked, thanks. :slight_smile:
    Now, how can I reduce that big blank space that was left between the blue "Buy now" button and the product's title (in the product's thumbnail, at the home page)?

    2)I've reinserted the code in style.css. It's not perfect, but it is in fact far better than the way it was originally. If yoy check the furnitures' page, you'll see that the image for the chair is extremely distorted, for instance.

    3)I had to reinstall Shareaholic and now the social buttons aren't being displayed properly on Chrome, no idea why. You can see it in the pages below:
    https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/coming-soon-page/
    https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/fundraising/fundraising/

    4)I know this is out of the topic here, and I'll open a thread just for it, but since you're here: any way to increase my loading speed? I'm doing everything I know, I've even purchased the pro version of Wordfence and activated its caching app, but since GoDaddy and SiteLock implemented a bunch of security measures, my site started to have a really slow loading speed.

    About the IP: I was having security issues, like people trying to break into the server and such, so I had to implement measures such as Fail2Ban, which blocks any IPs that aren't whitelisted -I constantly get notifications regarding IPs being blocked because they tried to invade the site. Any way you can just give me the instructions here? Or maybe talk to Tyler, as I've whitelisted his IP.

    Thanks again. :slight_smile:

    Hi @Gabriel,

    The topic title is "Small design issues -altering font size, replacing elements, etc." but the thread is not small and getting messy with number of questions :slight_smile:

    Are the issues posted in your initial reply on this thread gets resolved for you?

    If yes then to help keep support tickets separate, could you please open a new thread for your new question https://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/#question

    You can also include reference of this thread in your newly created thread if you want to.

    This helps to prevent any confusion (for us) as I'm sure you understand. Also this might help other members looking for a similar answer. :slight_smile:

    We would be more than happy to help you on your new thread :slight_smile:

    If not all the initial questions resolved yet then please tell me which are remained to resolve so that we can resolve it here.

    Cheers,
    Vinod Dalvi

    Hello Gabriel,

    Now, how can I reduce that big blank space that was left between the blue "Buy now" button and the product's title (in the product's thumbnail, at the home page)?

    Please, try to add this code:

    #pro-product-grid .pro-product-box-contents .product-meta {min-height: 25px !important;}

    I'm using importan, because height of that element is inserted inline, so I want to overwrite it.

    If yoy check the furnitures' page, you'll see that the image for the chair is extremely distorted, for instance.

    #mp-mojo .mpdg-product-default .mpdg-product-img img {width: auto;}

    This should help, but this chair picture is cropped rather unfortunately.

    I had to reinstall Shareaholic and now the social buttons aren't being displayed properly on Chrome, no idea why. You can see it in the pages below:

    I'm attaching screen how this looks like in Chrome - and it seems for me the same as in Firefox. Does this should look like this?

    I know this is out of the topic here, and I'll open a thread just for it, but since you're here: any way to increase my loading speed?

    Huh. Are you optimizing images on your site? Minify JS and CSS? Are you using shared hosting or dedicated server/VPS - if shared hosting, changing this to better server would help.
    There is lot you can do - cache plugins can help, but it is better to use them after website development is over.

    As for the IP - I'm thinking this issue with the TT MP Frontend should have the new thread :slight_smile: (it's bit over scope the "small design issues":wink:.

    Kind regards,
    Kasia

    Hi! Thanks for answering. :slight_smile:

    1)Any way to reduce that big blank space right above each product's thumbnail pic, at the home page?

    About the other design issues: they were solved, thanks.

    Regarding the loading speed: I still have to look into that thoroughly, but I'm currently running on VPS and using 55% of RAM at most, so this definitely isn't the issue. I also have Wordfence Pro, which applies caching to the site. About "minify JS and CSS", any plugins you recommend?

    About TT Marketpress Frontend: the only issue here is my blue footer (the one that's displayed above the black footer) not being displayed at the pages generated by the plugin, like this one: https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/johanschneider/store-admin/. Not a significant issue, but it would be nice to have that footer uniformely displayed on every page, since I intend to insert some important stuff there in the future.

    Thanks again. :slight_smile:

  • Kasia Swiderska

    Hello Gabriel,

    Can you check your site - because I wanted to take a look on this last issue and there is 500 Internal Server Error :slight_frown:

    About "minify JS and CSS", any plugins you recommend?

    I tested the WP Super Cache - and it was rather good. I don't have experience with standalone plugins that are doing only this. But there are few you could test
    -https://wordpress.org/plugins/bwp-minify/
    -https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-minify-fix/
    -https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-super-minify/

    Kind regards,
    Kasia

  • Wheel of Commerce

    Yeah, I fixed that already. I tried installing W3 Total Cache and it totally broke my site. I'm talking with Vinod to see if we can find a way for me to use the plugin, since it offer the most complete solution, by far, in terms of caching. In the meantime though, my site is back, so feel free to log in there and do whatever you think it's necessary, regarding the issues reported at my latest posts here.

    Thanks once more. :slight_smile:

  • Wheel of Commerce

    Adding to my issues reported in the post from September 3rd:
    Now there's a big blank space between the image and the price in the thumbnail of the related products, as you can see here:
    https://www.wheelofcommerce.com/johanschneider/store/products/beach-12/

    So, how do I fix this? Seem like some code ended up creating that, because I remember we had it fixed before -I might be wrong though.

    Thanks. :slight_smile:

  • Wheel of Commerce

    Hi! Still, it didn't work. Here's what I have at my style.css, from the beginning to that code:

    .funder .padding10 {padding-top:5px!important;}

    .single-funder .date-comment-box {
        display: none;
    }

    .single-funder .span10 {
        width: 100% !important;
    }

    .funder .row-fluid .span10 + .span2 {display: none;}

    .single-funder #sidebar {display: none;}

    .single-funder .row-fluid .span8 {
    width: 100%;
    }

    div#FSContact1 {
    margin: auto;
    width: 10%;
    }

    #related-products-holder .container #pro-product-grid .well .product-image-box {
        min-height: 175px;
    }
