SmartCrawl: There was an error crawling

I receive a message in SmartCrawl: There was an error crawling https://www.uae***nosis.com/, we weren't able to get meaningful results. Please help.

    Hello Amanda

I hope you're well today and thank you for your question!

I have checked your site and I can see the issue there. I checked checkup logs on our end, checked your site's configuration and its debugging log and run some more tests on it but I wasn't able to get past that.

It seems that when the checkup is started on our end it looks like it's working but then it's not updated on the site. However, when you start checkup from the dashboard, it fails and the data is not also updated on our end. That suggests that there's some issue in communication between SmartCrawl and The Hub most likely or something on the site is not even allowing SmartCrawl plugin to proceed.

I noticed that you're using Avada theme and there were some issues with that in the past so it's worth checking. Therefore, could you please temporarily switch the site to some "standard" theme, preferably Twenty Seventeen and then purge SG cache and try running crawl or seo checkup again?

If that doesn't work either, please run a full conflict test as described on this flowchart:

Let me know about results, please, and based on that we will then decide what further steps should be taken to make it work.

    Kind regards,
    Adam
