Smush Pro and WP Engine working together?

I just subscribed to smush pro since it's a recommended image compression for WPEngine based Wordpress installs. How do I activate the pro plugin inside WP Engine?

    First, please ensure that you have deactivated & deleted the free version you may previously installed from

    Once you have uploaded WP Smush Pro to your site, simply activate it as you would any other WordPress plugin.

    However, as you are WP-Engine, you may need to tweak a few things to get stuff working correctly. In your WP-Engine settings, please disable both CDN & Object Caching.

    You may also need to whitelist the WP Smush Pro server IP. You would likely need to get WP-Engine support to do that for you, as I don't think they allow you to do that on your own. The IP to whitelist is:
