[Smush Pro] Smush not upgrading to pro on 30 day trial (solved)

I don't seem to be getting the upgrade from smush to smush pro on my site. I have the api key and even updated it but no change. Should I do a log out login on my site or on my WPMU hub?

The answer is yes, I signed out and back in to WPMU and that did it. Thanks!

    Thank you for updating the ticket with the solution.

    There's an "update API status" button in Smush settings that usually helps in such cases but re-logging to the WPMU DEV account can also help often so I'm glad to know that it worked for you. In general, that just helps to update API status (account status) as those are cached. Most likely it would also work to wait a couple of hours more and then use "update API status" button but the way you did it is perfectly fine as well :slight_smile:
