Snapshot backup fail for plugin folder

On one of my sites Snapshot process is failing when trying to back up the plugin folder. I get "Internal Server Error".
I see the followign error in the server error log:
[Mon Jul 30 13:16:35.112979 2018] [fcgid:warn] .... mod_fcgid: read data timeout in 305 seconds, referer: https://www.domain.nl/wp-admin/admin.php?page=snapshot_pro_snapshots&snapshot-action=new&snapshot-noonce-field=7b1...

Is there a way to solve this without increasing FcgidIOTimeout limit?

    Hi there Dominique ,

    I hope you're having a great day

As I was looking into your reported issue, I noticed a running snapshot for your Google Drive destination. This particular snapshot process is active since yesterday but hits the Memory Limit of your installation every 5 minutes. I think it's better to delete this snapshot in order to avoid wasting resources in vain.

I would like to thank you for your patience in all this and apologize for the inconvenience. I'll continue posting updates for your originally reported issue, in this thread.

    Best regards,
    Leonidas

    Hey there Dominique ,

regarding your originally reported issue with snapshots, we have managed to build a fix and applied it to the site of this thread (https://www.b**********h.nl/). After the application of the fix, a full backup was completed and uploaded to a GDrive destination.

We have built a beta based on the aforementioned fix and other features, that as soon as it passes our QA testing will be available to update Snapshot's current version and be used in all of your sites that face the above issue.

    Best regards,
    Leonidas
