Snapshot backup is failing

Snapshot has been working fine but recently it started failing.

    I understand that the affected site is a live site but since that was working before and stopped only recently, something must have changed there and I would need to take a closer look.

    Unfortunately, there’s no support access active for site and you didn’t provide any access credentials during the chat so I’m not able to check the site. That said, could you please:

    – enable support access to the site so I could check it? (to do so, please go to “Network Admin -> WPMU DEV -> Support -> Support Access” page and click on “Grant support access” button there)

    – tell me which specific backups are affected by the issue?

    – let me know if you recall any changes made to the site or server configuration around the time you noticed that this started to happen?
