Snapshot backups not working

I have tried to backup my sites using the Snapshot plugin but it is not working. Please advise.

    Hello Jacqui,

    Are there any errors on your site when you try to create a Snapshot?
    I tested Snapshot on my site and I could create regular and managed snapshots there without a problem.

    Usually low memory limits are problem with Snapshots. Please try first increasing them
    Your current limits can be found in WPMU DEV -> Support -> System Info. Especially max_execution_time should be 150-180

    I have taken backup with Snapshot Pro for few of your website. Everything is working fine here. I have seen that your server max_execution_time is 30 & WP memory limit is 40M. Though Snapshot is working fine I would suggest to increase memory limit & max execution time. This article will help you to increase memory limit & execution time. Current limits can be found in WPMU DEV -> Support -> System Info.

    Hi Jacqui,

    This is weird. If there was any permanent error, then Apurba could see that on your site. But he could create backups on your sites without any issue. I could tell you better about the issue if I could see it live, check your current configuration and make some tests on your sites again. Would you mind allowing Support Access once again so we can have a closer look at this again and try to find out why it's showing errors to you?
