Snapshot can't be imported

Uploaded a snapshot zip to the site's snapshots directory but every time I attempt to import it, it fails with no error.

    Hello Jeannie,

hope you're doing good today!

Managed Backups don't have to use the "Import" functionality (that's only for normal snapshots). If you just upload them in the /wp-content/uploads/snapshots/ folder, then they should be visible in the Managed Backups list here
    yourdomain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=snapshot_pro_managed_backups
from where you can initiate the restoration.

Another workaround here, would be to also download the snapshot-installer.php file and upload it in the root folder (where wp-config.php is located) of the target installation, then navigate to
yourdomain.com/snapshot-installer.php to initiate the snapshot restoration script.
In there, you should insert the database credentials of the destination site (new one) and this database will be overridden with the tables including in the managed backup that you'll restore.
    Please see my reply here
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/unable-to-extract-manifest#post-1249899
on how to grab this restoration script from your Hub page.

Hope that was some help, let us know if further assistance is required here!
    Warm regards,
    Dimitris
