Snapshot!!! Deleted All Snapshots and Destinations etc

I'm just tired with this plugin!
Again! Today my all snapshots, destinations and all settings from snapshot plugin disappeared automatically! Why?
This happened many times from last months and I need to setup everything again an again. This very disturbing. No reason found behind this, as fully working plugin suddenly reset to default even no change made on site.

That sounds really weird. I have same plugin installed on my own site from long time but it does not reset automatically even a single time.

Doe it happen for you only one website ? Did you checked it on any site even a test one on same server ?

I could not find any thread in your recent support tickets regarding this matter. Could you please share the link of ticket here where your reported this issue so I could see the progress.

I've installed this only with one website. And this happening from last 2 months only, earlier its working fine from a long time.

Would you please provide to us more information about the Snapshot setup.
Do you use the Managed Backups option and all the backup is lost from the HUB? Or have you uploaded the backup on a destination based on a cloud like Google Drive or Amazon?

Would you please grant access from WPMU DEV > Support so I can have a closer look?

I'm not using Manage backup currently, bcoz its not working for me since launched. And support team also unable to find a solution for it (refer to https://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/managed-backups-automatic-backup-not-working#post-1149369)
I'm using Google Drive for cloud backup.

Just to make sure, you haven't lost backups on the Google Drive itself, right? If the files indeed are lost, would you please check the Google Drive Trash folder, maybe the missing files located there?

Also, please check the activity panel on your Google Drive. if files are deleted, there should be a log of this:
- Go to drive.google.com.
- On the left, click My Drive.
- At the top right, click Info
- Scroll down and look for your file.

If only plugins settings are lost, please ignore the above instructions.

I apologize that you lost all settings. Usually, the plugin's settings are restored to default when a plugin is uninstalled and installed again. Can this happen on your site?

It also might be caused by a conflict with a plugin. Would you please enable the WordPress debug so we could see if any records will be recorded inside the debug.log file?

Add the following to the wp-config.php file:
```
define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
```
Please make sure that you insert this line BEFORE /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */ in the wp-config.php file.

When the plugin will reset again, check the debug.log file inside the /wp-content/folder for any warnings or error that might help us to troubleshoot it further.
