SNAPSHOT DETERMINING TABLES/FILES TO RESTORE

Hi everyone - I'm new to your software and have started a trial to see if I can successfully migrate a WordPress site from one hosting provider to GoDaddy - followed these instructions: https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/easy-migration-snapshot/

when I go to restore it appears to hang by saying this: Snapshot determining tables/files to restore

memory_limit (3000M) and max_execution_time (800). No errors saved in the debug.log

WP Admin and FTP credentials sent during the Live Chat.

    Hello Gregg Middlemist,

Hope you are doing good today.

It seems like I'm not able to login via the WordPress credentials that you have shared via chat, I'm getting the following error:
    ERROR: Invalid username

Made sure that the site is pointed via the /hosts file, and I'm still getting the same issue. Even the FTP credentials isn't working too, I'm getting:
    530 Login authentication failed

Please advise if I'm missing anything in here. If there is a change in credentials, you can send us the credentials via our secure contact form: https://premium.wpmudev.org/contact/#i-have-a-different-question

    - To Mark to my attention, the subject line should contain only: ATTN: Nithin Ramdas
    -WordPress admin username
    -WordPress admin password
    -login url
    -FTP credentials (host/username/password)
-link back to this thread for reference
    -any other relevant urls

    Have a nice day.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin
