Snapshot Empty Response error

Getting the following error when trying to run Snapshot Managed Backup

    I hope you are well today. I'll be following up with you regarding your chat.

    I've taken a closer look at your setup and attempted some additional tests and configuration tweaks. The memory_limit and max_execution_time settings in PHP are more than adequate for a Network of your size. And I've updated your Snapshot defines to very conservative settings. But, what I'm seeing is you are continuing to get 503 Service Unavailable errors. This indicates that there's likely some other limit being imposed by your hosting provider.

    Do you have the ability to check I/O and CPU limits (caps) on your hosting account? If not, can you contact your host and ask them if you are hitting a cap on those resources?
