Snapshot error

I did a manual FTP updoad of the plugin to a 3.2 WordPress install. Snapshot items show up in the Admin area, but when any item is selected, the following error occurs…

Fatal error: Call to undefined method stdClass::add_help_tab() in /home/aug4cast/public_html/wp-content/plugins/snapshot/snapshot.php on line 1303

It does not crash wordpress, and I can simply click the back browser to return to the Admin panel.

    Greetings patrickwood,

    Welcome to WPMU Dev!

I did a manual FTP updoad of the plugin to a 3.2 WordPress install.

Your have not upgraded your WordPress to V3.3.1?

The Snapshot plugin clearly indicates that it works with WordPress V3.3.1

    Please advise

Thank you for being a WPMU Dev member!

    Cheers, Joe

    Hey patrickwood.

As Joe pointed out, the error is due to you using an out of date version of WordPress, the function it is calling was added to WordPress in 3.3.

Please upgrade to the latest version and that will resolve this issue. We always support the most recent version of WordPress.

I’m going to mark this thread as resolved for now.

    Thanks.
