Snapshot issue with server resources

Issue #1.
Yesterday I had to upload a backup of the site (via snapshot) from a stand alone hosted on hostmonster to my multisite network.
now this morning I load it up and there are multiple images missing in firefox, and only one missing in chrome. I went into upfront and reloaded the one that was missing (in chrome) and it is now showing up.

I've been proposed a "search&replace" with Search&Replace WP DB Script
https://interconnectit.com/products/search-and-replace-for-wordpress-databases/

Issue #2.
Before starting messing with database, Snapshot is used to perform a backup.
This resulted the server to reach it's limit and Hostgator halted it.

    Hello Stacy,
    Issue #1
I have checked the site front page on Firefox and Chrome (http://wisdomrx.com/) and the only image that is not loaded is this svg "http://wisdomrx.com/[old_directory]/wp-content/themes/uf-gillie/ui/gillie-sprite_v2.svg" that still load from "[old_directory]" directory.
Performing a search and replace on it as proposed by my colleague Dimitris from chat should take care of that.

    Issue #2
Most hosting providers put limitations on the amount of bandwidth/memory/storage you can use for a given period, so if you have a WordPress multi-site with heavy loaded sub-sites added to regular snapshot backup, unless you are provided with unlimited resources you will face this type of issue.
You could exclude large files from Snapshot backup to reduce the amount of resources used on each task/backup.

If you still having issue please grant us temporary support access and we will take a deeper look at it.

    Best,
    Huberson

Thanks for the detailed response Huberson!

I am still having a problem with images on the site, not just the front page, but the whole site see http://wisdomrx.com/resources for example. I did a search and replace as Dimitris suggested, and it did NOT fix the issue with the images. I suspect it's because of the way Upfront works. The pages that are built with upfront (including the home page and the resources page) do not use the normal "page-content" and "post-content" areas. I need to know more about how upfront works with regard to regions and containers in order to find where this information is stored in the database. I sure hope someone can help with this.

With regard to snapshot - I suspect that one instance of snapshot had not finished running for another site I was working on, and then I started another site level snapshot, and then being brilliant, I started a managed back-up of the entire multisite from the hub. It's not a huge multisite, and the sites that are on it are pretty small. But I think my level of hurry outweighed my level of patience and got me in trouble. I haven't tried a managed back-up again, I have one scheduled for 2am tomorrow morning. Hopefully that will keep me out of the weeds...

Support access granted if you wouldn't mind having a look.

    Thanks again!

    Hi,
I just previewed the front page and the resources page all images are loaded just fine both in Chrome and Firefox(click the below screenshot).

Please try clearing your browser cache or open the pages from different browsers in incognito mode. You might also check if it is not a network issue on your side.

There is actually a difference between Upfront editor( used to edit site content) and builder( to create/modify theme). Here is a short reference: https://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/text-problem-for-upfront#post-1185566
If there is any issue related to Upfront you can try to clear its cache, and that should take of some problems.

Regarding Snapshot backup, you shouldn't have any trouble if your sites don't have too much load.

We look forward for your feedback.

    Kind regards,
    Huberson

The images all loaded because I manually went through and reinserted them in Upfront. I couldn't leave the client site that way...

I haven't used Upfront builder, only Upfront/Gillie theme on this site. I need to know where the links for the drag and drop insertion of images are stored in the database. As I said previously, it is NOT in the page content nor post content tables because those portions are not being used. I realized this when trying to use a password protect function in Upfront. It doesn't work because the page_content is never called.

My client is insisting on moving their site again, and without that knowledge of where to search and replace those image links will break again and I will have to reinsert them manually. Please let me know that you understand what I am saying. It has nothing to do with browser caching.

I did find one article that referenced them being stored in a Json script or something of that nature. That's way over my head as far as understanding exactly...

    Thanks!

Hi, really sorry for the delay.
Since you're on a network site, your database tables should look something like below - with each group of number holding data for a specific site:

Try to locate http://wisdomrx.com/resources under "yourdbprefix_[number]_options" tables, then search for the uploads under "yourdbprefix_[number]_posts" where [number] is the same as the table where http://wisdomrx.com/resources is found.

There are usually more than one page in this table since it also contains posts and pages. Try to navigate the other pages inside PHPMyAdmin.

If you still can't find them let me know and I will report that to Upfront developers.
