Snapshot/ Managed Back-Up Errors

Recently the Scheduled Managed Back-Ups for medsinroute.com stopped running, at first I was able to run a manual back-up and now even that won't complete

I have reset the snapshot key as support info suggests

error message: <empty response>

    In your snapshot logs i see (logs from today when I try to make a backup and I reach 99%):

    The plugin is not sending files "one by one" to our servers but rather it sends a backup in "chunks". The smaller the request, the faster it is served and even though the entire backup may then take longer it could help here.

    Can you please add this code to your wp-config.php, and run backup again to see if solves your issue?

    Also, can try increase the "memory_limit" and "max_execution_time" variables?
