Snapshot (Managed Backup) not working

I have a website http://ca*****va.com/ which I am trying to backup using Snapshot. It was stuck at 0% initially but then I added the Snapshot chunking and increased the max_execution_limit to 600. So now it gets stuck at 50%.

Can someone please help me get this sorted.

Thanks

    Hi Robert

Thank you for contacting WPMU DEV Support. Hope you are doing great today.

I check the site http://ca*****va.com/ and see that the managed backup is stuck at 0% for around half an hour.

This could also relate to plugin conflicts, please run a conflict test as mentioned in this flowchart: https://premium.wpmudev.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/Support-Process-Support-Process.gif

Please follow the flowchart from top to bottom based on the "Yes" and "No" condition.

You can read more about plugin conflict in https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/wordpress-plugin-conflicts-how-to-check-for-them-and-what-to-do/

Note: Before performing the conflict test, please take a backup of your complete site so as to be on a safer side.

If it doesn't help, I would need the FTP credentials in order to troubleshoot the issue further, can you please send those?

    Hi Robert

Thank you for providing the credentials. I checked your site and tried creating a backup. Now running backup for a longer time, it gave me an error "Other kind of backup error" which generally occurs if the disk space is full, or if the /tmp folder is full or not writable. Can you check if the disk is full or the /tmp folder is not writable on your server?

Also, if it is possible to give the cPanel access I can check that as well as other parameters so as to troubleshoot further.
