Snapshot not working

Hello Team,

I'm unable to generate backups through Snapshot Pro. It's been 3 weeks already where I program the backups and they are not generated. It's super important for us to be able to backup as soon as possible.

    Would you please let me know, are you referring to Managed Backups or to a regular Snapshot backups?

    In case you are referring to regular Snapshot backups, none of the Snapshot you have created are scheduled.

    You can schedule a backup from Snapshot > Edit Snapshot > scroll down to When to Archive section and setup the Backup Interval

    In case you mean the Managed Backups, I visited your site and the Backup is currently running. Once it finished will the backup be visible on the Hub > My Websites > Backup tab?
