[Snapshot Pro] Backup error

We have tried performing backup through Snapshot Pro, however it has come up with an error "The site is experiencing technical difficulties"

    I've logged in to your website using your granted support access. I have noticed there's an Warning in Snapshot page. Currently he max_execution_time value is set to 30 but it needs to be at least 150. This could be a reason showing "The site is experiencing technical difficulties" on your website.

    Because if your website size is larger then it will take much execution time to prepare the backup. Which is why we recommend to set max_execution_time value 300.

    Please check this guideline to set new value for max_execution_time.
    There's couple of ways to do it.

    Log in to your website using your FTP program or cPanel and in the root directory of your WordPress installations you will find the files mentioned in Method 1 and 2.

    Method 1: Edit file wp-config.php:

    Add the following to wp-config.php:
    set_time_limit(300);

    Method 2: Edit file .htaccess:

    Make sure you back up .htaccess before you edit it.
    Add the following to .htaccess:
    php_value max_execution_time 300

    Method 3: Editing php.ini
    Add the following to php.ini:
    max_execution_time = 300

    After making these changes, would you please try running Snapshot backup again and lets see what happens?
