[Snapshot Pro] Backups Not Working

Hi Guys, Ive searched through the forums for an answer I cannot seem to get Snapshot to work properly via the Hub. I did get a backup to work 2 weeks ago however I haven't been able to since. FYI Im with siteground this is an add-on domain. Ive also tried unsuccessfully to back up the main site on the same account with no luck.

    Let me ask some information.

    Are you able to install any plugin from the HUB?
    Are you able to create a backup from the WordPress dashboard?

    Also, does It return any error?

    If both of question get "yes" as the answer, wouldn't you mind, please, send me some credentials information, and I can take a closer look at the issue.

    Thank you for the information.

    I had a closer look at the file that you sent from Dropbox, after extracting the file on my computer, I see that file isn't completed, for this reason, you can't restore that backup.

    However, I inserted some Snapshot rules.

    /* Snapshot Settings */
    define('SNAPSHOT_FILESET_LARGE_FILE_SIZE', 104857600); // skip files over 100mb
    /* Snapshot Settings */

    and @ini_set('max_execution_time', 300); on your wp-config.php

    I was able to run the Backup From:

    - Hub Page;
    -WordPress > Snapshot > Managed Backup, and
    -WordPress > Snapshot > Snapshots

    Downloaded all files and, extracted, every backup got all files to work.
