[Snapshot Pro] Cloud Backup not Working

I've been unable to backup to the cloud over the past couple of days. As a result, I'm only able to back up to the local host. When I try to upload it to the WPMU Cloud, it tries for a long time then throws out an error (a timed out error, I think???). Let me know what additional info you need from me. Thank you.

    As the backup process is timing out I need to check as to what is causing it. For this, I will need the WP & and FTP credentials to the site to take a closer look.
