[Snapshot Pro] Managed Backups, error log message

Hi,
Now that my site is running live I wanted to check that the managed backups in Snapshot Pro are up and running. I found this line repeated in the log:
"Unable to perform requested system backup, proceeding with builtin"
Something seems to be off - the question is what. Can you help?

    Looks like the issue is definitely due to system backups not being able to start at the certain time, so it uses PHP instead and that's more resource heavy.

    Can you try adding below code in your wp-config.php (located in main WP folder) just above the line:

    define('SNAPSHOT_FILESET_CHUNK_SIZE', 50);
    define('SNAPSHOT_TABLESET_CHUNK_SIZE', 250);

    This makes PHP backup to process smaller chunks at once and require less resources so when system backup fails hopefully this will be enough for the PHP backup to finish.

    Also, before next try, would you please enable debug log. To enable debug mode please go to wp-config.php and change

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', false );

    to

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

    That will create a file called debug.log inside wp-content folder. Open that file, check the very bottom and you will see the latest errors. Please send me those.
