[Snapshot Pro] Not able to back up site

When trying to back up I receive "General backup error" each time.
Can you explain why so I can resolve please?

    Thank you for contacting us today.

    I can see you are using an outdated version of the Snapshot Pro plugin (3.1.8). Please update the plugin to the latest version ( as we always suggest our users to use the latest version of the plugins to avoid any conflict. Once done please check if that fixes the issue for you.

    If still facing any issue, can you please enable debug in wp-config.php file in your root folder of WordPress? That could give us some more details about the issue.
    You need to go to wp-config.php and find the below code there:

    define('WP_DEBUG', false);

    You need to replace the above code with this:

    // Enable WP_DEBUG mode
    define('WP_DEBUG', true);
    // Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file
    define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
    // Disable display of errors and warnings
    define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);
    @ini_set( 'display_errors', 0 );

    Then please start the backup again and wait for some time, this should create debug.log file in your wp-content folder.
    Please save that as .txt file and share as an attachment here so we can check that to get the exact error.
