First, please offer an easier way to post a support ticket because it's not uncommon that your live chat doesn't work. It took me forever to find this form, I'm still not even sure how I did, but every other time I try to use the live chat it says "Please wait..." and then goes blank.
Second, my question is: Is the directory option (like "[DEST_PATH]/directory-name") supposed to work with Google Drive in Snapshot Pro? Mine keeps uploading to the main directory, on all of my sites, and there's nothing in the log file that explains why it can't upload to the subdirectory. I'm trying to separate the database backups from the file backups but it doesn't seem to work. I'm wondering if it is supposed to work before I bother trying to figure out whether there's a conflict or something.
