security not good

    Hello simon

    I hope you’re fine today!

    The site returns HTTP 500 status and since you assigned that ticket to Snapshot Pro plugin, I assume that started to happen after you have installed/activated the plugin, is that correct?

    Usually such 500 error is caused by either resource issue or by some plugin conflict. To solve this, please try this first:

    – access your site install via FTP or cPanel’s “File Manager” and open the “wp-config.php” file for editing

    – look for the line that contains “WP_MEMORY_LIMIT” string (not to be confused with WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT one)

    – if there’s no such line, please add following one right above the “/* That’s all stop editing */”

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

    – save the file and see if the site gets up.

    If it still does not, I’ll need to take a closer look at check site for the errors and conflicts. To do so, I will need to access the site directly.

    Note: Don’t leave your login details in this ticket.
