Snapshot Pro - Scheduled and Manual Managed Backups are failing

Hi,

The scheduled managed backups are not running and if I perform a manual backup I am getting an error as per the attached screenshot [image pos="0"]

I have tried disabling the backups and re-enabling but it make no difference.

I have checked enabled error logs and all I get is :-

Can you please advise?

    So sorry to hear the inconvenience you are having. Thanks for granting Support Access. I logged in and scheduled the backup at 9PM on your site. So I can tell you about this in 40 minutes from now.

    And regarding manual backup issue, I just tried to create a manual managed backup on your site. Surprisingly I could take a backup without any issue. Please check the attached screenshot for reference.

    Am I missing something? Can you please try again and let us know how it goes? And somehow your screenshot didn't get attached with this post. Can you please post again the screenshot of any error?

    I'm looking forward to hearing from you and resolving this issue as soon as possible.
