[Snapshot Pro] Site is experiencing technical difficulties

I've created a backup using Snapshot Pro and I am trying to restore this backup in another site. But I am getting this message "Site is experiencing technical difficulties"

    Hello Blake Johnson ,

    Our developers will prepare a fix for the issue with importing from Amazon s3 from the link.

    However, I can see you can import file manually - but restoring is not working. I have tested your file on my lab site and I was able to restore it there without any issue. So the file is correct.
    Can you check if you received an email after restoration attempt about site experiencing technical difficulties? If yes, can you check it and see if it also have an error message at the bottom? If yes, please paste it here.

    kind regards,
    Kasia

    Hello Blake Johnson ,

    I can see the issue - import fails on the posts table. We would need to debug that - if that is memory issue (that can happen if the table is particularly large) or there is another problem with this table.
    Can you enable debug mode in WordPress and try the import again?

    To enable it, open your wp-config.php file and look for define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);. Change it to:

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);

    In order to enable the error logging to a file on the server you need to add yet one more similar line:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

    In this case the errors will be saved to a debug.log log file inside the /wp-content/directory.

    Depending on whether you want your errors to be only logged or also displayed on the screen you should also have this line there, immediately after the line mentioned above:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );

    The wp-config.php is located in your WordPress root directory. It’s the same file where the database configuration settings are. You will have to access it by FTP or SFTP in order to edit it.

    If you open wp-config.php and that define statement is not there, you can add it right before this line:

    /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

    Try running import again, so when it fails it generates a debug.log file. You can use a service like Dropbox or gDrive to upload log file and share it with us.

    kind regards,
    Kasia
