[Snapshot Pro] snapshot failing

Snapshot keeping failing when we are trying to create the 1st back up (backing up to dropbox)

    I am really sorry about the inconveniences you are having with regards to using our Snapshot plugin and I hope we resolve it soon.

    Could you please grant support staff access so that we could give a closer look into. You can grant access from WPMU DEV > Support > Support Access > Grant Access, or check this manual: https://premium.wpmudev.org/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#chapter-5

    Please let us know once you enable access so that we could get this sorted.

    Thank you for getting back to us on this issue

    We have enabled the "support access" via the plugin on the site.

    Also, I've attached a screenshot of the error we saw when the backup failed.

    I also want to double check with you that we need to be able to back up to Dropbox (not backups stored on the server).

    Hi there,

    Thank you for providing us with support access. While troubleshooting this issue, I was able to create a snapshot excluding the media files in your site. Can you try increasing max_execution_time to 600 from 300 so that Snapshot has time to process your files?

    If you’re having issues with increasing it then it would be best to get in touch with your hosting provider and they should be able to make this change for you in no time.
