Snapshot restore and white screen

Hello. I was in the WP dashboard using snapshot and went to managed backups to restore an earlier version. It ran some system checks and then went through a couple other steps and the said there was an error restoring. Now the site is not available (white screen) and the WP login url is also whitescreen so I can’t access the WP dashboard. I tried renaming the snapshot plugin folder to disable it but there is still a whitescreen. What should I do next just to get the site back up asap? Thank you for your help.

    Hello Matthew Broderick ,

I’m sorry to hear that you have this issue.

I’ve visited your site;s front end and there is a Fatal Error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function fusion_is_element_enabled() in /wp-content/plugins/fusion-builder/shortcodes/fusion-person.php on line 3

Please, first, navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ and rename the fusion-builder folder to fusion-builder-deactive.

Try to access your site after this.

If the above solution will not work, on the wp-admin page there is a 500 Internal server error. Locate the .htaccess file and add the following rules at the very bottom:

    php_value upload_max_filesize 1000M
    php_value post_max_size 2000M
    php_value memory_limit 3000M
    php_value max_execution_time 180
    php_value max_input_time 180

Let me know how it went!

    Kind regards,
