Snapshot restore issue

I have a site https://so*****ub which I am trying to migrate to WPMU hosting but I have trouble when I am using the Snapshot installer to restore the site to https://so*****st.

When I go to the Snapshot installer I get Configuration failed error and I do not get any button to initiate the deployment.

I created a new hosting image, still it didn't work.

    Hi Kristopher

    I hope you're well today!

I checked the backup file in the first place and it seems that this is actually the main reason: it doesn't seem complete - some files are missing and there's no database dump there at all. In other words, Snapshot (nor the installer neither the plugin itself) will not be able to restore that in any way.

In this case I think we should start with diagnosing the Managed Backup itself on the source site. I can also migrate your site manually for you. However, to be able to provide any of that assistance I would need a full access to the source site: the site itself on admin level, the files and the database (files and db - preferably via cPanel if available).

Note: Don't leave your login details in this ticket.
Instead, you can send us your details using our contact form https://premium.wpmudev.org/contact/#i-have-a-different-question and the template below:

    Subject: "Attn: Adam Czajczyk"
    - Site login URL
    - WordPress admin username
    - WordPress admin password
    - FTP credentials (host/username/password)
    - cPanel credentials (host/username/password)
    - Folder path to site in question
    - Link back to this thread for reference
    - Any other relevant urls/info

Please also let me know if you want me to just manually migrate the site for you or to investigate the backup issue on the source site (so you could try to migrate it again on your own) or to do both

    Best regards,
    Adam
