    Hello there SUS

I just added a new Snapshot Destination in your website using a Google account of mine and after creating a tiny new snapshot for testing, it was uploaded without any error messages.

This tells us that there's no other plugin/theme conflicting with this procedure and it's caused by the destination that you created. Could you please remove that destination altogether (please remove mine as well) and re-add a new one following the instructions provided?

Looking forward to your results.

    Thank you,

    Dimitris

    Hello SUS

    Hope you're doing well!

I've created a destination on your site and the backup file was uploaded successfully. As Dimitris mentioned, the issue is with the destination itself.

Please see if there is free space on Google Drive account. If there is, please create a new destination one more time with a new project and new API Keys. Make sure that the Drive API is enabled in the project library. Please see this screenshot:

Please also increase the WP_MEMORY_LIMIT on your site, the current value is set to 40MB. Low PHP memory can cause issues during upload. To increase it please edit the wp-config.php file and add this line:

    define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M':wink:;

Please let us know how it went!

    Kind regards,

    Nastia

    Hello SUS

    Hope you’re doing well!

After our discussion yesterday, we have created a new project in Google API Console, which has fixed the issue. I’ve created a small backup file on your site and it was successfully uploaded to the Google Drive destination.

Please see if the full backup file was uploaded as well, as the admin credentials you’ve provided to your site are no longer valid and support access has expired.

Let us know if the backup is not uploaded.

Have a good day and take care!

    Cheers,

    Nastia

    Hello there SUS

As long as this has to do with the actual integration of your Google account, you have to make sure that you follow the exact instructions as shown in the Google Drive integration page.

If you wish, we can also send the transcript of the chat you had with Nastia to your email, for future reference.

In any case, if you’re still having issues with that, please grant support access to a website that deals with this currently, so we can have a better look as well. You can find detailed information about it here: https://premium.wpmudev.org/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#chapter-5

Please do reply back here when access is granted because we don’t get any notifications about it.

    Thank you,

    Dimitris
