so i had wpmu dev

so i had wpmu dev dashboard installed and activated on my wordpress site, but then i missed a payment so i was downgraded to a "free" membership. I just upgraded my membership but my wordpress dev admin won't refresh, it still says i have a free membership

    I hope you're well today and thank you for your question!

    I understand that your account page shows your membership status properly, is that correct? Check it here please:

    https://premium.wpmudev.org/hub/account/

    If it doesn't show correct membership, please give it a moment (a few hours) to update as some slight delay may occur and then check your WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin again.

    If the account page shows your subscription status correctly but WPMU DEV Dashboard still does not, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to the "WPMU DEV -> Manage" page and "Logout"
    2. If there's any cache enabled on your site, clear it and clear your browser cache as well
    3. Login the plugin again

    If that didn't help either:

    4. Go to this page again (being logged in to your WPMU DEV account): https://premium.wpmudev.org/hub/account/

    5. Use the "Reset API Key" button
    6. you may need to login the WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin to the account again at this point

    This should help. In case none of above ways worked for you, let me know please.

    Hey, couldn't figure out how to open a new ticket soo...

    I just activated a custom upfront theme on one of my multisites and now that site wont load and the rest of my other multisites wont and the upfront editor will not load either

    Hi Wes,

    If there's some code in your custom theme that messes up with Upfront parent theme functionality it's possible to have such issues.

    What happens if you completely remove the theme from wp-content/themes/ folder and activate one of ours Upfront child themes, does everything work properly in that case?
