Something's wrong with email link and enrollment, how to fix it?


Something seems wrong with Coursepress Pro email that get sent to a user that just enrolled. The email contains a link stating "Dashboard" as a text but referring to a signup page where user needs to confirm name, password,etc. with post-address equals

I'm guessing this is a bug: the user just signed up. Can you please confirm it and let the developer know or tell me how to fix it myself?

    Hope you're doing well today!

    I just tested this out and the address is actually this:

    however, if the user is not logged in and they try to visit the dashboard page, it will send them to the sign up/login page assuming they need to either sign up or login since they didn't have permission to see that page :slight_smile:

    You can of course edit the emails however you like via:

    CoursePress > Settings > Email Settings.

    Just keep in mind that if someone who is logged out tries to access a page they requires being logged in, then it will redirect them to that sign up page.
