"Sorry, this account is not active." - Upgraded Membership Pro, now is broken!

Hi,

I upgraded to the latest non-beta release of Membership Pro a couple days ago, and now I am unable to get subscriptions form working. This is a HUGE problem.

When I attempt to subscribe (to test it), the window pops up as it should, I enter my info, but once I submit it, it says "Sorry, this account is not active." However, when I log in as Admin, I see the account has been created!

Would someone please help me fix this? I already ran repair on membership tables, and under General settings in Membership I have it set to Use Subscription > None.

Plus, I have NO coupons set up, but it's asking for a coupon code up top of the page that shows what subscription options are available.
