When a user tries to reset their password at
A message displays saying:
"Request failed, please try again."
An email is sent to the user with an activation link
When the link is opened a message displays:
"Sorry, we did not find a valid reset-key. Please request a new reset email and try again."
1) What is causing this?\
2) Please have a look - Support Access granted. Kindly fix this error
