    Hi Bill,

So sorry for the inconvenience. Can you please confirm if SSL is not working when you access your subdirectory subsites with their real URL or SSL is not working over the mapped domain? You said "Attempting to get SSL working on domains on multisite", so I guess, you are referring to your mapped domain.

In that case, can you please confirm you have SSL certificate configured for your mapped domain too? If you have a wildcard SSL certificate for your network, it will work fine for your main site and for all subfolder subsites. But if you map a new domain to any of your subsites, you will need to install SSL certificate for that domain also to make that work under HTTPS. SSL certificates are domain specific. So one certificate works for all subfolder subsites as those work under same domain. But when you map a new domain to any of those subsites and try to load that mapped domain with HTTPS, it won't work until SSL certificate for that mapped domain is also installed.

Please correct me if this is not the issue you are having. In that case, can you please explain a bit more about the issue so we can guide you better?

Thanks for granting Support Access. I found that "" and "" both are mapped to the same subsite. But in your redirection settings, you have set "Redirect to Primary Domain", so it's always forwarding to "" even when I go to "". Now to test if "" loads, I need to change this redirection settings. Are we allowed to do that?

Please let us know all the details I requested above. I'm looking forward to hearing from you and resolving this issue as soon as possible.

    Have a nice day. Cheers!
