Is an expanded 'Events' view as standard possible?

Is it possible to show the entire post (ie: expanded view) as standard, rather than having to click the button to expand it?

    Hi Kimberly,

Thank you for the prompt reply.

I will double check my settings as I may have inadvertently changed something that changed its default display characteristic.

Since posting the original question I have a couple of new questions regarding the plugin, is it ok to ask them in this thread of should I start a new one?

    Thanks again,

    Sounds great – thank you.

Question #1: I edit a lot of my WP based posts using Microsoft LiveWriter. The Event+ based events/posts don’t show up as being able to edited using LiveWriter, as I’m guessing their deemed non-standard posts by WP. Is there anyway around this that you know of?

Question #2: How can I make the Event+ posts be displayed on the root of my WP site? I have tried changing the ‘root slug’ to just ‘/’ on its own though nothing happened?

    Thanks again,

All of the Events+ posts are Custom Post Types. You’d need to see if they support this functionality. Beyond that there is nothing we can change because it’s really building block of the plugin.

The plugin is coded to look for the slug to differentiate the posts in the custom post type. The easiest way would be to just make that your Homepage.
