Startpage does not display anymore...

Hello Support Team,

sadly a new issue arose, now we can't display our homepage anymore, please vies screenshot below.

Please help to find and sort out this bug...

What we did since last 'correct' display:

1) Provider did automatic update to newest WP version

2) Themeforest suggested to modify page.p as follow. Reason for that since update of WP all headlines of pages were eliminated...

to customize the Page with sidebar template to accept HTML in title open the file trades/page.php and on line 57 you will see

<!-- THE TITLE -->
<?php if ($cmb_hide_page_title != "checked") { printf('<h1>%s</h1>', esc_attr(get_the_title())); } ?>

change this to
<!-- THE TITLE -->
<?php if ($cmb_hide_page_title != "checked") { printf('<h1>%s</h1>', get_the_title()); } ?>

Similar changes can be made to other page templates if needed (e.g. trades/page-full-width.php). Look for the Title section.

    that's awesome getting back so promptly! I'm always so grateful and pleased having not only a quick response also being supported from highly-skilled professionals.

    As requested DEBUG mode is set to TRUE

    In case you’ll experience an ‘Error establishing db’ problem accessing the application please don't give up. Just try it again… usually if you repeat your intended task a second or third time you then have access to the site (btw this error happen normally only once a first login... and is a provider issue currently in our focus too).

    Nevertheless we do have to continue developing our application...
    So, please be so kind and give it another go.

    Hi Anang,

    it seems that Membership Premium and Protected Content plugin causes the hassle with not showing startpage anymore. Just deactivated them both... homepage is displayed.

    However I need to have both plugins activated.
    Membership Premium in conjunction of our affiliate application
    Protected Content is needed for our membership program.

    Can imagine this information helps you to fix our issue easier.

    Sorry for late response :slight_frown: I have tried to install Membership and Protected Content on multisite installation and newest wordpress version, but I don't see any errors. Could you give me the error messages when you have both plugin activated ? or it's just blank ? Please let me know how to reproduce this errors so we can made a fix for that.

    Hello Anang,

    GREAT news... we finally could convince our provider to solve (hopefully lasting) our huge multi-db issue which drove us nuts apart from the bad situation that we could not really do our job right from the beginning.

    What provider exactly has done, we don't know BUT they eliminated approx. 98% all db errors; means we reached an improvement of approx. 98% not having any obstacles in our way.

    Since then (we are still testing) a hell lot of website issues like not being able to display a front page are solved too. Therefore for the moment we close this support request as being solved.
