Still waiting for help with Snapshot

Started this thread June 4. June 6 I posted about it again, and got a response; I created a test site, noted the problem is repeatable, and authorized support access. It's now June 10 and I haven't heard anything. This is slowing my development process, which is costing me money and good relations with my clients.
