Stripe Payment Email Confirmation Amount Not Showing

We have successfully setup a stripe payment for trial but when we purchase a plan e.g. ($1.00 test plan), the payment amount shows only USD not $1.00 USD

Payment Term: Every 12 Month(s)
Payment Amount: USD (why is the amount not showing ?)

    Welcome to the forums, glad to have you aboard!

    Not only is the dollar amount not showing, the payment gateway appears to be blank also.

    This leads me to believe that the webhook URL has perhaps been incorrectly entered. Please click the link in Pro Sites settings for the Stripe gateway to double-check that it is indeed as indicated in the settings, without the brackets though :slight_smile: (1st & 2nd screenshots)

    Also, please ensure that when you copied the API keys, no blank spaces were added either before or after (3rd screenshot).

    Once those 3 things have been correctly entered, you should receive confirmation with all the correct data (4th screenshot)

    I just checked your account and see that you are running version 3.4.2 of Pro Sites.

    There have been fixes for a few Stripe issues in updates since that version. Please update your install to the latest ( to see if that resolves this issue.
