I am not sure how to categorize my question - a feature request or a question, as I am both looking for advice and trust this would make a great feature for Support System if the plugin already does not allow this.
I am looking for a way to allow my both visitors and registered users (protected content) to contact us/submit tickets and see FAQ.
Not sure if it can be done with Support System plugin. Sorry if my question is silly - I am a complete rookie :slight_smile: Otherwise, I was hoping that someone will give me few hints and direct me to a some options. Maybe there are some other plugins or combinations.
