Subscribe by Email 2.7.5, "User content empty"

Hi Folks,

Using Subscribe by email 2.7.5 and emails aren't sending.

In the log, "User content empty" is shown.

I have given access via the WPMU Dev Dashboard.

    Hope you're well today. :slight_smile:

    User content empty, normally means there wasn't anything to send, I checked the posts and can see the last post was on the 27th.

    Depending on the exact time that post was sent it should have sent content on either the 27th or 28th.

    Though I can see both of those days had the same issue, can you check the logs for those days in /wp-content/subscribe-by-email-logs please?

    Good here thank you - the sun is out - long may it last!

    Hope you are well too.

    The content for those posts is generated on-the-fly via some hooks. Perhaps the email plugin isn't seeing the content (the hooks are outside of the loop) and could that be the issue?

    I only need to send a except / summary with a clickable link, so not fussed about content actually not being in the sent-email ...

    The logs look fine, I've 'x'ed them out.

    Hi Jack

    I deactivated the Plugin, then reactivated it.

    Since then everything has been fine and post have been going out.

    I believe what happened, the migration from the IP address to the client's desired domain name required something to happen in the backend of the plugin that didn't migrate with my normal tools.
