Subscribe by Email Plugin - Not Working

Hi. I installed Subscribe by Email, and configured the settings. However, it is not showing up on my blog. Please advise. Thank you.

    Sorry, did not realize it was a widget.

    That said, I am still waiting for someone to respond to my question about Facebook Comments. I installed Infinite SEO, and had a problem. When my host reset the FTP file, I noticed my blog was affected in a number of ways. It seems all is back to normal - except the Facebook comments that were showing on site under "comments" are no longer showing. Do you know how to get this to work? I am using Ulitmate Facebook plugin.

    Thanks.

    Hey @Kerri,

    How do I get the box and the search box to change to these colors? I don't see how I can add them. Do I add them in the widget under CSS? What does it need to say?

    I've taken the liberty of crafting some custom CSS for you, insert it in the Custom CSS box in the widget settings:

    .sbe-widget-subscribe-form {
        background-color: #c02126;
    }

    #subscribe-by-email-2 h2 {
        background: #c02126 !important;
        border-top-left-radius: 10px;
        border-top-right-radius: 10px;
    }
    .sbe-widget-subscribe-form {
        border-bottom-left-radius: 10px;
        border-bottom-right-radius: 10px;
    }
    .sbe-widget-email-field {
        max-width: 310px;
        background: rgb(147,21,25); /* Old browsers */
        background: -moz-linear-gradient(top,  rgba(147,21,25,1) 0%, rgba(192,33,38,1) 100%); /* FF3.6+ */
        background: -webkit-gradient(linear, left top, left bottom, color-stop(0%,rgba(147,21,25,1)), color-stop(100%,rgba(192,33,38,1))); /* Chrome,Safari4+ */
        background: -webkit-linear-gradient(top,  rgba(147,21,25,1) 0%,rgba(192,33,38,1) 100%); /* Chrome10+,Safari5.1+ */
        background: -o-linear-gradient(top,  rgba(147,21,25,1) 0%,rgba(192,33,38,1) 100%); /* Opera 11.10+ */
        background: -ms-linear-gradient(top,  rgba(147,21,25,1) 0%,rgba(192,33,38,1) 100%); /* IE10+ */
        background: linear-gradient(to bottom,  rgba(147,21,25,1) 0%,rgba(192,33,38,1) 100%); /* W3C */
        filter: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.gradient( startColorstr='#931519', endColorstr='#c02126',GradientType=0 ); /* IE6-9 */
        border: 1px solid #931519;
        border-radius: 5px;
        color: white;
    }
    .sbe-widget-form-submit {
        background-color: rgb(236, 236, 236);
        border: 1px solid rgb(218, 218, 218);
        color: gray;
        border-radius: 3px;
        font-size: 15px;
    }

    Also, since I installed this plugin, I have been receiving a lot of spam from spam registrations. Is there any way to put a captcha on this box, so I can prevent some spamming?

    There isn't a way to put a captcha on the box at present, though a feature request thread has been started on this:
