Subscribe by Mail question

I'm new to mail-lists, but it looks like 'Subscribe by Email' and 'E-Newsletter' do the same thing... but they are free compared to, say, Mailchimp or Aweber. Are there righteously significant differences between the four? Halp!

Please and thank you, as well!

    Hello Fox Wilde,
I hope you're doing good and thanks for reaching us!

The Subscribe by Email plugin allows your users to subscribe to your site, so after a new post is published, an email will automatically be sent to your subscribers notifying them about it.

So if you're looking to simply notify subscribers of a new post on your blog then go with the Subscribe by email plugin. If you want to create custom newsletters, however, like promotions and such then you should try the e-Newsletter.

Now, I haven't got much experience with MailChimp and none with Aweber, but here's an extensive article comparing those two:

I hope this information has been helpful. If I can help you in this or other questions, please let me know!
