subscription levels

Hi,

We have four different products that users can subscribe to. They are distinct and therefore we want users to be able to potentially subscribe to all 4. At the moment we only seem to be able to let them move from one to another. How do we set things up so they can subscribe to more than one product at a time?

Thanks,

Mark

    Hi @dominic_mark,

    Welcome to the forums!

A user can only have one active subscription at any time.

If you want to enable your users to have access to any or all of the content associated with each of your 4 content packages/products, you'll need to set up distinct access levels.

You could create a number of subscription packages as follows, and indicate to your users that they can upgrade their subscription to include additional products (access levels):

    Subscribe to 1 product: 1, 2, 3, 4
    Upgrade your subscription to 2 products: 1+2, 1+3, 1+4, 2+3, 2+4, 3+4
    Upgrade your subscription to 3 products: 1+2+3, 1+2+4, 1+3+4
Upgrade your subscription to all 4 products: 1+2+3+4

Hope this helps! And thanks for being a member
