Subscription "Sign Up" Process looping

Payment Gateway: Authorize.net

When the user completes the Sign Up process and enters the credit card details, a screen with the message below displays:

"Please check the details of your subscription below and click on the relevant button to complete the subscription."

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention and it appears that you have not completely configured the Membership plugin or perhaps the Authorize.net credentials are invalid.

    Have you setup all the levels, subscriptions, and gateway as necessary?

    Are you using a caching plugin?

    Are you using two completely different browsers? One for developing and the other for testing clearing its cookies and cache in between each test?

    Please advise.
