Subsites on multisite install not working

Hi,

I recently moved my website over to a new server. Upon testing everything to make sure it works, I am reluctant to say it doesn't. If I create a new pro site, and go to that link, it just says the server Can not be found.

I did create a wildcard sub domain.

Access is granted!

    Thanks for confirming that you have created wildcard subdomain but can you please also confirm DNS is propagated already? DNS changes may take upto 72 hours to propagate.

    I just checked your domain in who.is but in DNS Section, it doesn't show any wildcard entry. Please check the attached screenshot for reference.

    Did you make that wildcard subdomain in cPanel?
    Please check when your DNS is propagated. If the issue is not resolved even after DNS is propagated, please let us know. We will be glad to investigate further.

      64 bytes from 37.60.229.126: icmp_seq=5 ttl=53 time=24.801 ms

      I am rather frustrated with this. I can not have my business be operational if they can not set up sites. Even my own subsite can not be reached.

    Hello Blake,

    I'm testing your site and I can access template and template2 no problem. There is no "Can not be found" error

    tested also other sites and they are loading also without problem. Am I missing something here? Where can I see this 404 error? Please advise.

    Or did you manage to fix that issue?
