Suport system and multilanguage FAQs

Hello, I’m translating my site using Polylang plugin, and localize.js only for the FAQ page.

It all works well, but not for the FAQ area because the Support plugin is displaying the content using the shortcode only targeting the FAQ page id via settings page.

I was forced to hack the code and adding at line 172 of class-query.php

if ( ($post_id == $settings['incsub_support_faqs_page'] || $post_id == my_ID) && ! $this->is_single_ticket() ) {

passing an additional post_id which refers to my page in english.

Are there any way to get the same result without hacking the core?


1 – Polylang is able to translate custom post types and all the related meta etc, but the content of the support plugin is not available for translation. Please, let it be translatable.
