Suport System Plugin and e-mail traffic

I installed Suport System and played a little with it. What puzzles me a bit, is the links that apear in the mails.

I am logged in as a user on one machine: Sending support ticket from the dashboard of The administrator got an e-mail about it, and the link looks like this:
(This should be without test, as the admin does not use this site). If I as admin go to the support panel, I find the ticket. If I answer, the user gets an e-mail with the following URL.
(This is the domain for the admin login, as the user have no access here)

The domains for the two e-mails are switched. How do I fix this ?
