Just trying to enable support access for my site – temp domain v.policecommunity.co.uk but getting a message saying
This site is not enabled for support. You may change which sites are enabled or upgrade to a higher membership level here »
I have visited that link and everything is showing as enabled so not sure how to grant support access now as the button is unavailable.
Anyone able to help please?
